




Certified Setters is built for online service-based businesses (coaches, consultants, agencies, and personal brands) that already have a validated offer and consistent lead flow.
If you’re doing at least ~$10k/month and want more booked sales calls without hiring or managing setters yourself, this is likely a fit.
This is the most important question.
With freelancers, you’re responsible for:
- Hiring and vetting
- Training and scripts
- Daily management and follow-ups
- Performance tracking
- Replacements when they burn out or disappear
With agencies, setters are often:
- Shared across multiple clients
- Lightly trained
- Poorly managed
- Incentivized by volume, not quality
Certified Setters is neither. We provide one full-time setter (or multiple), dedicated to your business only, that are:
- Trained through our internal certification
- Managed daily by our team (dedicated setting manager)
- Monitored through QA and performance tracking
- Continuously coached and optimised
You’re not “renting labor” you’re adding appointment-setting infrastructure to your business.
We’re very clear about this upfront.
For Certified Setters to perform well, you need:
- A validated offer (people already buy it)
- Consistent lead flow (ads, inbound, partnerships, etc.)
- A functioning sales process (calls → close)
Our role is to turn your existing demand into booked calls at scale + increase your lead flow.
If those foundations aren’t in place yet, this won’t be a good use of your money and we’ll tell you that.
We don’t sell fantasies or guarantees.
Most qualified clients see 20–120+ booked sales appointments per month, depending on:
- Lead volume and quality (We can advise you on this)
- Offer clarity and pricing
- Platform and audience
- Speed of optimisation
We track results daily and optimise continuously, but we never promise revenue.
We promise a professionally run appointment-setting infrastructure, executed consistently and transparently.
Very little.
During onboarding, we’ll need:
- Clear information about your offer
- Access to relevant accounts
- Your sales calendar and qualification criteria
Once live, your involvement is typically limited to:
- Reviewing reports
- Tracking sales data from our booked calls
- Giving feedback on call quality
- Occasional strategy adjustments
You are not expected to manage, motivate, or micromanage the setter. That’s our job.
Volume without quality is useless and we agree.
Our setters are trained to:
- Qualify properly based on your criteria
- Disqualify poor-fit leads early
- Set expectations before booking calls
- Generate genuine interest and buying intent
We track not just calls booked, but:
- Show rates
- Lead quality feedback
- Downstream sales performance
If quality drops, we correct it immediately through coaching, script adjustments, or workflow changes.
In simple terms, we optimise our appointment setting approach for more sales.
Performance issues are handled internally first.
We will:
- Review data
- Identify gaps
- Coach and correct quickly
If it becomes clear that the setter is not the right long-term fit for your business, we handle replacement without you needing to rehire, retrain, or start from scratch.
You’re protected from the churn and risk that usually comes with hiring.
Certified Setters operates month-to-month.
We believe retention should be earned through performance and professionalism, not contracts.
If at any point it no longer makes sense for your business, you’re not locked in.
You do.
All conversations, data, scripts, and insights belong to your business.
We simply manage and optimise the operation on your behalf.
